How does ordering work?
Fill out the order form with your occasion, date, and contact info. We follow up within 24 hours to confirm details, availability, and pricing before your order is finalized.
How much notice do you need?
We ask for at least 4 days' notice for any order, so there's time to plan and bake everything fresh. Rush orders may be possible depending on the situation. Just reach out and we'll let you know. Wedding cakes and large office orders should be booked earlier, since detailed designs take more planning time.
Do you offer delivery, or is it pickup only?
Both delivery and pickup are available. Specific delivery areas, any delivery fees, and pickup details are confirmed when you place your order.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on size, servings, and design complexity. Tell us what you have in mind on the order form and we'll follow up with a quote — we don't publish flat prices since every order is custom.
Why choose a custom bakery over a grocery-store cake?
A grocery-store or big-box cake (like Costco or Walmart) is pre-designed and mass-produced. A custom order from a local home bakery is made around your flavors, your design, and your date — fresher and more personal.
